1. Product details

JGC-40 type weighing belt feeder is a feed measuring equipment integrating belt feeder, electronic belt scale, frequency conversion electronic control, widely used in metallurgy, electric power, coking, chemical industry, building materials, wharf and other industries.

2. working principle

When the material passes through, the force transfer mechanism acts on the weighing sensor, generating a voltage signal proportional to the belt load into the integrator: at the same time, the integrator accepts the pulse signal generated by the speed sensor proportional to the belt speed, and obtains the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow of the material by integrating the weight signal and the speed signal.
